At Scout My Car, we take customers' feedback very seriously.

In fact, all our strategy keeps changing depending on what our customers tell us. We make sure that our customers are satisfied and are proud to say that we collected 5/5 reviews on Facebook.

While some customers book an inspection, get the report and thanks us; others are curious about our service and suggest ideas to improve it.

Sometimes, ourselves, spot what are the most asked questions by our customers and decide to act upon it. Most asked question: Where's the car report !?

When you book the inspection with us, we promise you to send the report within 48 hours after the inspection is completed. We realized though that those 48 hours are crucial given how the seller may change his mind or sell it to someone else.

We've worked hard to provide a new solution (currently testing) to provide our customers with LIVE RESULTS.

Our new CTO has developed an app that mechanics use to do the inspection. As the mechanics fill the information in the app, the new e-report gets filled automatically so customers can see what's happening with the inspection.

This new technology we are working on it is a true revolution.

Guess what would be the next move? Probably a live-recorded inspection (not for now as the logistics are way too complex).

We are testing the app and improving it with mechanic's feedback and customers insight.
